Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the exact same condition as received, including original packaging. Items that are returned damaged or not in their original condition will not be accepted or refunded.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To start a return, please contact us at kabicandles@gmail.com with your order details. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original order (if approved) and place a new order.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with EU law. Items must still meet the return conditions stated above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
